I have gained a couple of tips here that I didn't realize before, even being a lifetime weight watcher myself. Example, the banana thing. I think I'll do that!

And, neuroticism helps doesn't it?! :)Kristy @Loveandblasphemyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02634987114195614214noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9000836623746805941.post-49040057456938878042010-09-17T12:31:21.954-07:002010-09-17T12:31:21.954-07:00This post is staying "starred" in my goo...This post is staying "starred" in my google reader. I'll take transit rather than drive because it means I'll walk more. Also desert, pop and chips are for special occasions. Love what Shannon said, it's true, it's hard to eat chips AND knit ;) lol.harriet glynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17223388139583386938noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9000836623746805941.post-87811007258066989122010-09-15T03:52:10.942-07:002010-09-15T03:52:10.942-07:00You rock. Not because I was hungry, but because I was bored & exhausted. One night my husband pointed out that when I'm working on something while watching TV (like knitting or even trying to bump his name out of the "Bejeweled" high scores on my laptop) I didn't eat between dinner and going to bed. What a revelation!!! So simple that it didn't even cross my mind! Now I make myself a cup of tea, sit on the couch in front of the TV, and keep my fingers busy. So far so good. ;)Shannonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10800110166117138805noreply@blogger.com
